For more than a century, the Odd Fellows Home has stood as a reminder of what a community can accomplish when people come together to care for one another.

Today, we are working to preserve that legacy and prepare the Manor for a new chapter—one rooted in historic preservation, sustainable agriculture, traditional skills, and meaningful connections between generations.

Every Contribution Helps Build the Future

Oddfellow Manor has 373 windows and 99 bedrooms, each representing a small part of the building's remarkable history.

Restoring them will require considerable time, craftsmanship, and resources. While the giving levels below are symbolic, they represent meaningful contributions toward the larger work of preserving and revitalizing the Manor.

Help Light a Window — $100

The Manor's 373 windows have looked out over generations of changing lives and landscapes.

A symbolic gift of $100 celebrates one of those windows and helps support the broader restoration effort.

Professional historic window restoration is currently estimated at approximately $1,500–$3,000 per window, depending on its condition and the work required.

Help Restore a Room — $1,000

Within the Manor's 99 bedrooms are generations of stories—of childhood, friendship, family, and belonging.

A symbolic gift of $1,000 honors one of these spaces and helps support the broader restoration effort.

Preliminary room restoration estimates range from approximately $5,000–$10,000 per room, with actual costs dependent on the work needed.
